Sweet Shrimp and Nectarine Salad

My first spice kit from WanderSpice is their ‘Mexico Box’. What an awesome array of spices and blends to play with.

My first dish is a shrimp and nectarine salad showcasing the chili lime spice mix. Perfection!


Per serving:

1 leaf romaine, washed
1 organic nectarine, sliced and chopped
1/2 of an avocado, chopped
6 jumbo shrimp, peeled and steamed until just cooked (my favorite are Argentine Sweet Shrimp)
Cacique Crema Salvadorena (sour cream)
WanderSpice ‘Chili Lime’ spice blend


Place the romaine leaf on a salad place. Top with nectarine and avocado chunks. Place the steamed shrimp over the fruit. Drizzle with crema. Dust the crema with Chili Lime spice mix.

Serve immediately because it is so fresh and delicious, you will not want to wait!
