Deconstructed Duck Tacos
Deconstructed duck tacos are quick and easy, flavorful and delicious.
Cook a corn tortilla in avocado oil for two minutes, turn over and cook for one additional minute, cooking until crispy on the edges. Place on a serving plate.
Next, add a layer of fresh spinach to the tortilla, washed, dried and long stems removed.
Sauté ground duck with seasonings: smoky berberè Ethiopian spice blend, green onion powder, black lava sea salt, and garlic. Spoon over the spinach layer.
Top the meat with a light layer of shredded cheddar cheese and fresh sliced avocado.
Finished with balsamic pearls or a drizzle of balsamic. Fantastic!
